FIRST MORTGAGE HOME LOANS

Long term(15, 20 and 30 year) non-conforming fixed and variable rate mortgage loans at competative market rates and low closing costs (no points, no origination fee and no PMI). Contact our Loan Department for more information.

HOME EQUITY LOANS

Finance Options: Up to100% of Appraised Value (less existing mortgage), No Application Fee, No Origination Fee, Low Closing Costs, and Low Fixed and Variable interest rates. Variable Interest rates have a maximum annual interest rate cap of 1.00% per year and a maximum interest rate cap of 5.00% over the life of the loan.

UNDEVELOPED PROPERTY LOANS

Finance Options: 80% of Selling Price or Appraised Price

Loans with Shares or CD's used as collateral for loans. Interest Rate is as low as 2% (APR) above the Dividend Rate being earned on the Shares or CD's, with terms up to 60 months.
