Membership Application

Attention Non-Members! If you are not yet a member, you need to apply for membership before you apply for a loan or line of credit. You can apply using our on-line Membership/Account application. After your membership has been approved you can apply for a loan or line of credit at one of our branches or online. Please provide all the requested information before submitting your application to New Horizons Credit Union. Each application will be checked for membership qualification. Upon verification of eligibility for membership, you will be mailed an Account Disclosure brochure. You will be required to provide a legible copy of your valid driver's license, sign the membership signature card, have your signature notarized, and provide a check or money order for at least the minimum required deposit for each account opened. Members under the age of 18 will be required to have an adult joint owner on the account.
