Club Member Age: Birth - 12 Years

Minimum Balance/Opening Amount	$25 (child’s social security number is required to open the account)
Monthly Service Charge	None
Account Set-up	Joint Account with child as the primary account holder and parent/guardian as joint account holder
Annual Percentage Yield	0.75% (rates are subject to change; the current rates can be found here)
Dividends are compounded and paid monthly based on the average daily balance. The dividend rate and APY may change every dividend period as determined by the Board of Directors.

If your account is closed before dividends are paid, you will not receive the accrued dividends. To avoid a loss of dividends, please keep your account open with the minimum balance until the first business day of the following month.

Automatic Transfer electronically transfer funds into your child's account to help their savings grow.

Statements Issued Quarterly by Mail or eStatements

Any Sunrise Saver who makes a deposit of any amount in the month of November, 2009, is automatically entered to win a bike!

To help celebrate one of the biggest and most amazing events in a member’s life, New Horizons Credit Union will make the first $25.00 deposit to open a new Sunrise Savers membership account for the newborn child! Just bring in the baby’s Social Security Number, proof of date of birth and completed membership application to open the account. For the purposes of this special offer, a "newborn" is considered to be 365 days old or younger.

What better way to begin a child’s bright financial future than with a New Horizons membership? Parents can easily make regular deposits to a newborn’s account through payroll deduction or automatic transfer. As the child grows, his or her savings will too!

To retain the initial $25.00 deposit from New Horizons, the account must remain open for a minimum of 12 consecutive months. If the account is closed before 12 months, New Horizons keeps the initial $25 used to open the account.

For every $25 deposit you make into your Sunrise Savers account, you earn a $andollar. You can then spend your $andollars in the Sunrise Store at each branch! The more you save, the more you earn!

$andollar Official Rules

1. Member must have a Sunrise Savers account at New Horizons Credit Union to participate in the $andollar program.

2. A new Sunrise Savers account automatically earns 1 $andollar when opened, since $25 is required to start the account.

3. Only 1 $andollar per $25 deposit.

4. Deposit must be a lump sum deposit of $25 or more, not increments of $5, $10, etc. over a period of time totaling $25.

5. If a Direct Deposit of $25 or more is made into a Sunrise Savers account from a parents account, the parent can claim a $andollar by visiting a branch, and having the deposit and amount confirmed.

6. $andollars are redeemed for one item in the corresponding level, not all items in the level. However, if a member is redeeming $10 $andollars for example, they may choose one item from the $10 level or 2 items from the $5 level, etc.

7. When the Sunrise Savers account reaches $2,500 or more, members will not be eligible to receive additional $andollars. There is a maximum of 100 $andollars awarded to an individual.

8. $andollars must include a Credit Union representative number to be valid.

9. When a $andollar is claimed, a note will be made to the account to avoid issuing duplicate $andollars for the same deposit.

10. Photocopies of $andollars cannot be honored.

11. Quantities, colors and assortment are limited and may vary by branch.
