New Horizons Credit Union offers our members a variety of loan payment options to suit your lifestyle so you never miss a payment! 


  • Mail In

Members can mail* in their loan payment check to:

*Please make sure to allow enough time for mailing so payments are credited timely.
 
  • Branch or Night Drop Box

Drop off your loan payment at any of our branches during business hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), or deposit your payment via a Night Drop Box which are located at most of our branches. Items are collected Monday - Friday at 8:30 a.m. for processing. Find a branch with a Night Drop Box near you here.

  • 24/7 Online or Mobile Banking

You can make a transfer from your NHCU Savings or Checking Account directly to your NHCU loan when you use our FREE Online or Mobile Banking!  Plus, enroll in Mobile Deposit to make check deposits for transfers when you download our Mobile Banking App.  Sign up for free here.

  • Bill Pay

Set up electronic payments for your NHCU loan through our FREE Bill Pay service. Enroll and access it securely through Online & Mobile Banking.

  • Automatic Transfers

At the time of your loan closing, our NHCU loan officers can set up your NHCU account to make automatic transfers to your loan for easy and prompt payments. Ask your NHCU loan officer to set this up for you to ease the stress of paying your loan! 

  • Voice-24

Enroll in our FREE Voice-24 Telephone Account Access Service where you can perform transfers between your accounts through your phone. Contact our Member Services Center at (251) 316-3240, Monday - Friday 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., to enroll and receive an access code to immediately being using.

  • Member Services Center

Call our Member Services Center at (251) 316-3240, Monday - Friday 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., to request a transfer from your NHCU Account to your NHCU loan.

  • Transfer from Another Financial Institution or Pay with a Debit Card* 

Click here to "Make a Payment" & register for outside payments if you do not have an NHCU account with sufficient funds, want to use a Debit Card, or use another financial institution funding source. You may also contact our Member Services Center at (251) 316-3240 directly for outside payments. *A fee will apply for these types of outside payments and transfers.
