To report fraudulent charges, or a lost or stolen credit card or debit card, during normal business hours, please call (251) 316-3240; for afterhours and weekends, please call (800) 449-7728.

To Request a Loan Payoff:
For better accuracy in retrieving loan information, members must submit in writing a Loan Payoff Request and include their full name, loan type(s) to be paid off, good through date, last four of their social security number, and their signature.  Please submit the request to any NHCU branch in person or you may email the request to remembering not to include your account numbers for security reasons as emails are not secure. If you have any questions, please call (251) 316-3240.  
Text Alerts & Notification Opt-in: 
When we have news to share with you, we can
now TEXT you. This may range from general Credit Union news, alerts, inclement weather branch closings, and promotions. If you would like to receive these one-way Credit Union text messages, alerts, and notifications, please text NEWHCU to 1-866-259-7811 or scan the QR Code to the right to Opt-in to receive text messages

Calls made on weekends or after hours offer an extension option to leave a message for a return phone call on the next business day. In the meantime, a representative will contact you in regards to your email within two business days of submission.
