Free 24/7 Automated Telephone Account Access

Make sure to get enrolled for this free, 24/7 service that allows you to access your account information via telephone or mobile phone by contacting our Member Service Center at (251) 316-3240 or by visiting any of our branch locations. Our representatives can assign you a VOICE 24 access code that is unique to you. 

To access VOICE 24, you must know your member account number and Voice 24 access code. Once you have this information, simply call VOICE 24 from any touch tone telephone by dialing: (251) 316-3268 or Toll Free 1-(800) 447-6706.

 
VOICE 24 Instructions:

A wallet-size instruction card is available at any location or can be requested by contacting our Member Service Center or requesting via our online Contact Us website page.

1. Balance inquiries:
  • For savings balance press 1 (enter ID #)
  • For checking balance press 2 (enter ID #)
  • For share balance press 3 (Club accounts)
  • For loan balance press 4 (enter ID #)
  • For open share list press 5 (Tells balances on all accounts)
 2. History inquiries:
  • For last payroll deposit press 1
  1. If share press 1 & ID #
  2. If loan press 2 & ID #
  • For last deposit press 2 (enter ID #)
  • For recent transactions activity press 3
  1. Checking history press 1 (up to 10 checks)
  2. ATM history press 2 (for Share Account press 1)
  3. ACH history (Deposits & Withdrawals) press 3
  4. Loan payment history press 4
  5. Debit card history press 5 (Please note: This feature will not include items that are automatically paid through our Bill Pay service. Please compare to your Bill Pay history.)

  • For share history press 4 (This lists all transactions on saving or checking.)

3. Transfer inquiries:
  • From saving to checking press 1 (enter ID #)
  • From checking to saving press 2 (enter ID #)
  • From share to share press 3 (enter ID #) (This option allows checking to checking.)
  • From saving to loan press 4 (enter ID #)
  • From checking to loan press 5 (enter ID #)
  • From share to loan press 6 (enter ID #)
4. Checking account info:
  • Check # inquiry press 1; share 1 or loan 2; then enter check #
  • Checking history press 2; share 1 or loan 2; enter # trans to list
  • Check # range press 3; share 1 or loan 2 ; enter low check # & high check #
  • Debit history press 4; share ID; enter the # of transactions to list
5. Loan information:
  • Loan balance press 1 (enter ID #)
  • Payment inquiry press 2 (enter ID #)
  • Payment history press 3 (enter ID #; enter # of trans to list
  • Loan balance on a specific date press 4 (enter ID #; enter effective date
